 Separate hostels are available for boys and girls with homely environment and parental care. Each room is provided with ceiling fan, tables, chairs,  cupboards etc. Bathrooms are kept ultra-clean and are fitted with geysers. Various recreational facilities comprise of TV (with Dish TV connection),  indoor games and a well equipped gymnasium. Each floor is having one water-cooler with water-purifier to provide cold water to the residents in  the summer season. Reading material in the form of NEWS papers and magazines are available in the hostel. To make the energy efficient students  are advised to use CFL tube lights have been installed in the entire hostel premises.

 The hostel mess provides vegetarian, nutritious and hygienic food. There is Co-operative system of mess in the hostel. Students manage the  affairs of mess in consultancy with the Hostel Warden and Principal. There is a mess managing committee of students representing the students of  all departments, which looks after the mess activities including the kitchen materials. The committee on rotation basis also facilitates the activities  related to cleanliness, discipline, water saving, gardening, and controlling of food wastage etc. All efforts are made by the administration to make  the residents feel at home and to make the environment conducive for studies.


The boys' hostel has the capacity of about 120 boys (extendable upto 150) whereas the girls' hostel can house 110 girls (can be extended upto  140). The types of rooms are cubicles and dormitories. Mess is maintained on co-operative basis. Both hostels have common Rooms, Gyms,  Badminton Courts, Volleyball ground and facilities for other indoor games.


The hostel buildings are remarkable pieces of architecture. The architecture of the hostels is inspired from the traditional design used in places  where general climate is very hot. Because of the carefully designed structure the temperature inside the buildings remain comfortable even in  extremely hot weather conditions.
